AgentBloom provides business reception and communication software that can answer routine inquiries, collect lead details, organize conversations, and connect supported channels. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be configured and supervised by the subscribing business.
The subscribing business is responsible for the accuracy of its prices, services, hours, policies, knowledge, consent notices, staff access, and customer communications. It must obtain all rights and permissions required to connect accounts and process customer information.
AgentBloom does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency services, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes. A business must not represent the service as a clinician or use it as the sole system for emergencies or regulated decisions.
Users must not use AgentBloom for unlawful messages, spam, deceptive claims, harassment, discrimination, credential collection, platform-policy evasion, high-risk automated decisions, or unauthorized access. Connected platforms may impose additional messaging windows, templates, reviews, and account restrictions.
Paid access is billed through the payment plan shown at checkout. Subscription status is verified with PayPal. Service may enter a limited grace period after a failed payment and may be paused after suspension, cancellation, expiration, abuse, or a material terms violation. Usage above plan limits may require an upgrade.
Features that depend on Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, PayPal, Dify, model providers, phone carriers, or other third parties may be delayed, changed, rejected, or unavailable. AgentBloom cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted delivery, appointment conversion, revenue, or a particular AI result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgentBloom is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Users remain responsible for reviewing important customer, safety, medical, billing, and booking decisions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
