AgentBloomRequests are verified before deletion.
Email xtd508639047@gmail.com from the workspace owner email. Include the workspace name and whether the request covers the entire workspace, a team member, a connected channel, or identified conversations. Do not include passwords or platform access tokens.
A workspace owner may request that AgentBloom disconnect the relevant account and delete the stored encrypted credential and connection metadata. The owner may also remove AgentBloom from the corresponding Meta business settings. Removing a platform authorization does not automatically delete records the business is legally required or permitted to retain.
If you contacted a business that uses AgentBloom, contact that business first and identify the channel and approximate conversation time. The business controls its workspace conversation records. AgentBloom will assist verified workspace owners with an appropriate deletion request.
We may request identity or account verification. After verification, deletion is normally completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, billing disputes, backups, fraud prevention, or applicable law. A confirmation will be sent to the verified requester.
