What AgentBloom does

AgentBloom is a web-based AI receptionist and staff inbox for service businesses, including dental clinics, salons, wellness teams, and local service providers. It helps a business answer customer questions, collect contact and appointment details, and give authorized staff one place to review follow-up requests.

Why a business may connect Google Calendar

A workspace owner may choose to connect a Google Calendar so AgentBloom can help staff manage customer appointment requests. The connection is optional and is controlled by the business owner.

• Check free and busy times in the selected calendar.
• Help staff offer or confirm available appointment times.
• Create, update, or cancel appointment events requested by the business.
• Display the selected calendar name and time zone to authorized workspace staff.

How Calendar data is used

AgentBloom uses Google Calendar data only to provide the appointment scheduling features requested by the connected business. It does not use Calendar data for advertising, sell Calendar data, create unrelated user profiles, or train general-purpose AI models. The business owner can disconnect Google Calendar at any time.

Calendar data is separated from AI services

Google Workspace API data is not inserted into AI prompts and is not shared, transferred, or disclosed to Dify, OpenAI, Retell AI, or any other AI or model provider. The AI receptionist receives only business-provided information, approved knowledge, and customer messages. Calendar availability, event contents, calendar identifiers, and Google OAuth credentials remain outside the AI data flow.

Who receives Calendar data

AgentBloom processes Calendar data on its hosted application infrastructure and sends requests to Google only when needed to perform an action authorized by the connected business. Our hosting provider may store encrypted credentials and operational records on AgentBloom's behalf. We do not permit service providers to use Google Workspace API data for advertising or AI or machine-learning model training.

Privacy, security, and your choices

Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and are used only to access the calendar selected by the workspace owner. A business owner can disconnect the integration, revoke access in their Google Account, or request deletion. AgentBloom's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
